National Convention Meals

When registering, you will be asked to select options for Friday and Saturday lunches, along with Saturday dinner.

Friday lunch: 
Chicken Chopped Salad (gluten-free): grilled chicken, mixed greens, green onions, tomatoes, garbanzo beans, pancetta, gorgonzola, sweet herb vinaigrette. Includes bag of chips, bottled water or soft drink and jumbo cookie.
OR
Club Sandwich: roasted turkey, smoked bacon, avocado, mayonnaise, and American cheese, served on toasted wheat bread with house made kettle chips. Includes bag of chips, bottled water or soft drink and jumbo cookie.
 
Friday banquet: Chi Town Buffet – salad  & soup, pizza, Chicago-style Italian beef sandwiches, Chicago-style hot dogs, dessert bars.
 
Saturday lunch:
Spinach Salad: fresh spinach with smoked bacon, red onion, hard boiled eggs, raspberry vinaigrette dressing and served with a breadstick. Includes bag of chips, bottled water or soft drink and jumbo cookie.
OR
Embassy Chicken Sandwich: grilled chicken, avocado, bacon, cheddar cheese and mayonnaise served on a pretzel roll with house made kettle chips. Includes bag of chips, bottled water or soft drink and jumbo cookie.
 
Saturday banquet:
Citrus Glazed Chicken: grilled marinated chicken in citrus broth and charbroiled, topped with a cilantro citrus glaze. Warm dinner rolls, mixed greens salad, (carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers with choice of two dressings), wild rice pilaf, green beans (with fine herbs, shallots, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt) and red velvet cake.
OR
New Orleans Style Blackened Tilapia: drizzled with a basil infused garlic olive oil and red pepper coulis. Warm dinner rolls, mixed greens salad, (carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers with choice of two dressings), wild rice pilaf, green beans (with fine herbs, shallots, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt) and red velvet cake.
